Your school needs a raffle license from your state and we'll handle this on your behalf. Each raffle event has a license that will arrive to you by mail, to post at your raffle event location. Your school will receive the FedEx package with prizes, run the raffle during your existing event, and submit the winner digitally. That's it.

Tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. You keep 50% of all proceeds. We handle prize sourcing, packaging, and FedEx delivery with tracking so you know exactly when the box arrives.

Yes. That's the whole idea. Layer the raffle onto your bake sale, talent show, dance, or whatever you're already been traditionally doing. No extra event to organize. No extra work beyond displaying your site and letting students and the community know where to purchase raffle tickets. Draw the winner, hand over the prize and tell us how your event went!

After your raffle, you'll receive a link dedicated to the event that allows you to enter the brief details of the winner and event we need to close out your raffle successfully. Once we receive the information we need, your funds are on their way and ready for immediate use.

Yes! Raffles are legal in all 50 states when run by schools and nonprofits. Because Care Tickets is a registered nonprofit, we handle every regulatory requirement and filing on your behalf. No legal headaches. No surprises or growing pains necessary.

Tell us the fun dates you've planned already, whether it's a bake sale or a major school event in your auditorium or gym. Just fill out our intake form, confirm your event details, and receive your FedEx raffle kit and prize! We provide the ticket sales link to run the raffle at your event, and you submit winner results digitally. Everything is done online and you'll have access real time to know how well your school fundraiser is going!

During onboarding, you tell us what your students and community care about the most. Sports, music, art, tech, whatever it may be. We ship via FedEx with signature delivery at least one week before your event, with real-time tracking so you always know exactly when your box lands.

Once you submit the form, our team reviews your school's details within 24 hours. We'll reach out to confirm your event dates and start matching prizes to your community's interests. You'll get a dedicated contact to walk you through everything.

From form submission to your first raffle running is typically two to three weeks. We handle the heavy lifting; prize selection, packaging, and FedEx coordination. You focus on running your event.
